OIL and BALSAMIC VINEGAR

At our SHOP we offer the GARDA D.O.P. extra virgin olive oil and ITALIAN OIL from Museum (the Oil Museum of Cisano di Bardolino). A fabulous product, available in 4 different types. We also offer the fabulous extra virgin olive oil condiments flavored with lemon, garlic, basil, rosemary and chili pepper. As well as the excellent BALSAMIC VINEGAR of Modena IGP.

Furthermore, the RED LABEL extra virgin olive oil and the BALSAMIC VINEGAR of Modena IGT are those offered at our KyosK.One Pool Bistrò. Therefore, you can taste and sample them with our fabulous salads and then buy them at our SHOP.

OLIVES, OLIVE PULP, PATE’ and GIARDINIERA

We offer a wide selection of olives, both green and black, and also the exquisite seasoned black ones (enriched with chilli pepper and garlic). Perfect for aperitifs, to garnish pizzas, first and second courses and cheeses.

And for the preparation of crostini, seasoning for first courses, we offer the fabulous black olive pulp and green olives and also the delicious olive and caper paté. Also excellent is the Mediterranean Bruschetta, a sauce made with vegetables and tomatoes. To accompany the exquisite sweet and sour giardiniera.

SAUCES

To dress your pasta we suggest the fabulous cherry tomato sauce by Museum. Or by Corrado Benedetti we suggest the “tomato and basil”, “tomato and aubergine” and “alla Puttanesca” sauces.

For a more seasoned pasta, we suggest the Ragu’, of “Sarde del Garda”, the “historic Alla Bolognese”, the “Carbonara sauce” and the “Pesto del Garda”.

PASTA and RISOTTOS

We offer pasta from Pastificio Temporin in Verona. You can find the “Lago di Garda”, “BIKE”, “LOVE IS …” and “FANTASIA LAGO” lines.

The 3 risottos from Pastificio Temporin with mushrooms, lemon and pistachio are also excellent. Offered with the convenient Lago di Garda kitchen ladle, an excellent gift idea.

PASTA DRESSINGS

From the Temporin pasta factory in Verona, we offer pasta sauces, “aglio olio e peperoncino”, “all’arrabbiata”, “meditteranea” and “bruschetta”. Also available in the TRIS version of DRESSINGS with kitchen ladle, an excellent gift idea. The trio is made up of “aglio olio e peperoncino”, “all’arrabbiata”, “all’italiana”.

SALT, SPICES, PEPPER

… in life you need a little salt … but also a little pepper … therefore at our OSVALDO SHOP … you can find 3 fabulous Salts, “happy salt for grills”, “tricolour Sicilian sea salt” and “red wine salt”… and a pepper, which however makes three!!! . And for those who love spicy, the cheerful spicy spices.

HONEY AND JAMS

For your breakfast, we offer the fabulous honeys and jams of the Lessinia Park (Verona). Honey available in various formats of acacia, wildflower, chestnut, cherry, lime, mountain flowers. While the fruit jams, we offer strawberries, figs, peaches, apricots and berries.

WINE

The wines offered are local to our region and selected for you. You can find everything from Bardolino, Bardolino Chiaretto, Custoza, Lugana, and Soave, all the way to our finest wine region, Valpolicella. And for you, the fabulous Valpolicella, Ripasso, and the majestic Amarone and Recioto.

GRAPPA, GIN, LIQUEURS, AND BEER

GRAPPA

Grappa is a distillate made from grape pomace. We've selected for you: "Diciotto Lune," "Giare Amarone," "Evo Fumo," and "Evo Riserva."

GIN

You can find a wide selection of GIN from our local area, the fabulous Lake Garda. You can order them at our KyosK.One Pool Bistrò or purchase them in our SHOP. From LUZ Gin from Riva del Garda, to Tassoni from Salò, Lacus from Bardolino, GINPEACE from Garda, and Grapehearth from Valpolicella.

And for an excellent Gin & Tonic, we also offer Tassoni Salò tonic waters: "Tonica Superfine" and "Tonica agli agrumi meditteranei".

LIQUEURS

A wide selection of local liqueurs, carefully selected for you. From "Limoncino Riviera dei Limoni" to "Limoncello Limonaia del Garda" (distilled using only lemon peel from the ancient lemon grove of the Torri del Benaco Castle). The delicious "Olia del Garda," an olive infusion in grappa, made from an ancient Lake Garda recipe. From the renowned Tassoni di Salò, we also offer the "amaro" and "Bitter," which are used to prepare the original "Apertass" or "Garda Spritz" using the famous and delicious Tassoni Cedrata (also available in our SHOP). We also offer the Forest Honey Liqueur.

BEER

We offer beers from the GARDA ARTISAN BREWERY, BENACO 70. You can taste them at our Kyosk.One Pool Bistrò or purchase them in our SHOP. Treat yourself or someone else to a craft beer made in Lake Garda.

CAKES

At our OSVALDO SHOP, you can find a selection of traditional and local DESSERTS. These include our signature Garda biscuits, SANVIGILINI, shortcrust pastry cake (also available in a shortcrust and fruit version filled with delicious apricot jam), SBRISOLONA, as well as delicious fruit tarts, plum cakes, and fabulous COOKIES.
